Last week Just Do It went to Glastonbury, and boy did we do it good and proper! Director Emily James spent four days in the mud and (happily) the sunshine, accompanying the film at its inaugural music festival screening.
On the Wednesday and Friday nights, Just Do It took to the Tripod Stage, screening to a full field. Wednesday evening’s audience was treated to an insight into the how, what and why of making the film as JDI director Emily James took to the stage for a Q&A.
Thursday and Saturday night saw the film screen at the Groovy Movie Picture House solar cinema tent, with Emily taking up the mic after Thursday evening’s screening to spill the beans on getting the film from germ of an idea to the big screen.
Huge thanks to everyone at the Tripod Stage, and Jerry and Hattie of the Groovy Movie Picture House for making the film’s virgin music festival voyage such a success! You can see loads more snaps of what Emily got up to at Glastonbury on our Flickr, here.
The film will be back with the Groovy Movie Picture House at Lounge on the Farm this Saturday 9th July, and you can catch us in the Film and Music Arena at Latitude at 11am, Saturday 16th July!
