"Rousing stuff"  ★★★★
 Empire

Emily James spent over a year embedded in activist groups such as Climate Camp and Plane Stupid to document their clandestine activities. With unprecedented access, Just Do It takes you on an astonishing journey behind the scenes of a community of people who refuse to sit back and allow the destruction of their world.

Torpedoing the tired cliches of the environmental movement, Just Do It introduces you to a powerful cast of mischievous and inspiring characters who put their bodies in the way; they super-glue themselves to bank trading floors, blockade factories and attack coal power stations en-masse, despite the very real threat of arrest. Their adventures will entertain, illuminate and inspire.

An enormous THANK YOU to The Mews

As we gear up for our world premiere at Sheffield Doc/Fest on 9th June, and UK cinema release to follow from 15th July, we are hugely indebted to our Post Production house with the mostest – The Mews – for all their tireless hard work on the film.

Huge thanks must go to Ciaran Mullaney, Mews MD, who took pity on us in that initial meeting, saw the potential of the project and found a way to give us top-notch technicals on our grassroots budget..we are enormously grateful.

We’d also like to thank Michelle Jones, our tireless Mews producer, who has kept everything running to schedule, Andy Roberts our fabulous online editor, Alex Gasgoine our super duper colourist, Amelia Cullen for her beautiful design work and the whole of the design team for all their hard work, and all the runners who brought us tea and biscuits! And last but not least, we’d like to thank our sound mixer, Pip, a true whizz with all those buttons!

A huge thank you to everyone at The Mews, we couldn’t have done it without you and can’t wait to show everyone the shiny, polished film.
